Your order is processed within a 24-hour period maximum depending on your payment validation.


The shipping costs are charged to the customer. The different options as well as their costs are presented during the order process and explained in the order summary before payment.

Your products will usually be shipped by Fedex but sometimes could be by a different company, depending on the time of delivery. 

Delivery is made in compliance with your order. Every delivery is considerably made as soon as the product is available for the buyer. The buyer must check the products when he/she recieves them and make any justified complaint within a 3-day period, straight after the delivery of the order.

Shoes made for me try their best to respect the delivery periods as indicated when the order is accepted, depending on the reference logistic period within the profession. SHOES MADE 4ME  reserve the right to adopt an alternative transport method if the package’s size or weight requires it.

If you are waiting for your package and the period mentioned in our tracking order e-mail is overdue, please contact us as soon as possible in order to solve the problem.

Damaged package :

In any case, the package is owned by the customer and travels at his/her own risk. Packages leaving our premises are always checked and are handed over to the transporters in a perfect state. If the package is damaged, torn or open, it is your responsability to make any necessary complaint, even to refuse the package and contact us in order to inform us as soon as possible. If the damaged packaged was dropped off in your mailbox or handed over to your caretaker, it is then considered as accepted.
