Exchange of products



EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

Every article and/or product can be returned for an exchange, excluding :

  • CUSTOM-MADE products
  • MADE TO MEASURE products
  • Products on special order which were customized (change of the material’s colour, special shoe size, product customization or any other modification compared to the base product).
  • Special orders : manufactured on order only, whose models are not in stock and we have to manufacture for our customers at the time of the purchase.

The choice and the purchase of one or several articles and/or products on our website are held under your responsibility only.

For exchange, the client has to send the product to the address following the instructions below in order to be refund. It will be necessary to place a new order of the same product with the new size or new color chozen. 

In case, to return or exchange items, in countries outside European Union, the customers are responsible for all duties/taxes and customs fees.

The impossibility (complete or incomplete) to use them because of incompatibility, particularly, can not lead to any exchange of these custom-made or customized products, and shall not be held under shoes made for me’s responsibility.

To ask for an exchange of product, it is recommended to the Buyer to respect the following instructions in order to make the exchange process easier :

  • Ask for a return authorisation number with an e-mail after having explained the reason why you want to exchange the products.
  • Use the original wrapping to return the product.
  • Send the package to the following address :

In the event that the return is under shoes made 4 me’s responsibility, the delivery costs will be charged to shoes made for me.

Products on sale or on discount :

We accept exchanges of products on sale or on discount.
