Exchange of products



EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

Every article and/or product can be returned for an exchange, excluding :

  • CUSTOM-MADE products
  • MADE TO MEASURE products
  • Products on special order which were customized (change of the material’s colour, special shoe size, product customization or any other modification compared to the base product).
  • Special orders : manufactured on order only, whose models are not in stock and we have to manufacture for our customers at the time of the purchase or other modification compared to the basic product (ex: to put a leather pad of a shoe or change of type of soles compared to the basic article proposed).


The choice and the purchase of one or several articles and/or products on our website are held under your responsibility only.

In case, to return or exchange items, in countries outside European Union, the customers are responsible for all duties/taxes and customs fees.

The impossibility (complete or incomplete) to use them because of incompatibility, particularly, can not lead to any exchange of these custom-made or customized products, and shall not be held under shoes made for me’s responsibility.

To ask for an exhange of product, it is recommended to the Buyer to respect the following instructions in order to make the exchange process easier :

  • Ask for a return authorisation number with an e-mail after having explained the reason why you want to exchange the products.
  • Use the original wrapping to return the product.

The products must be returned new as received, with no traces of having been worn, in their original box. NO product bearing traces of having been worn will be refunded or exchanged.

Important: the product (s) must be returned to our premises within a MAXIMUM period of 14 days from our validation letter containing the return number. Beyond this period, no return will be acce
