Returns of products
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Every article and/or product can be returned for an exchange or a repayment, excluding :
- CUSTOM-MADE products
- Products on special order which were customized (change of the material’s colour, special shoe size, product customization or any other modification compared to the base product).
- Special orders : manufactured on order only, whose models are not in stock and we have to manufacture for our customers at the time of the purchase.
The choice and the purchase of one or several articles and/or products on our website are held under your only responsibility.
The impossibility (complete or incomplete) to use them because of incompatibility, particularly, can not lead to any indemnification, repayment of these custom-made or customized products, and shall not be held under Shoes made for me’s responsibility.
Instructions for the return of products
For whatever reason you decide to return a product to Shoes made 4 me, it is recommended to the Buyer to respect the following instructions in order to make the return an easier process:
- Ask for a return authorisation number with an e-mail after having explained the reason why you return the products.
- Use the original wrapping to return the product.
- Send the package to the following address :

In the case that the return is under Shoes made for me's responsibility, the delivery costs will be charged to SHOES MADE FOR ME.
In any case, to return items, from countries outside European Union, the customer must pay the return costs as well as those of customs.
In order to be shipper, we must reinstate the package via DHL ( the same company of the shipping) so that VAT is not imposed on the product.
It will therefore be necessary to pay the total of, and we will send DHL to pick-up the package.

For a better request process, please give the order’s number and any other reference enabling us to identify you better.
Right to cancel
The Buyer has a 7-day period from the reception day, to return at his/her expense, the ordered products for repayment.
In compliance with Article L121-20 in the French Consumption Code, the Buyer has a 7-day period from the reception of the package containing the products ordered by him/herself or by the order addressee, to return the article and to ask for repayment without fee excluding delivery and return costs charged to the buyer.
Repayment will be done by bank transfer or Paypal return according to the Buyer’s choice, expressed after he/she exercised his/her right to cancel, at the latest within the 30 days following the date when this right is exercised.
The buyer benefits from the dispositions of the compliance legal guarantee and from the hidden defects legal guarantee.
