How to place my order with ShoesMade4Me?
When you go to purchase your desired item, you will find two options:
• CREATE AN ACCOUNT

We recommend that you create an account with ShoesMade4Me, so that you can follow the different stages of your order, for example the shipping and tracking number.
You will also be able to benefit from the gift points you have collected with the discount vouchers on your next purchase.


• DIRECT ORDER
This way, you will be able to place an order without creating an account, we require you to fill in the same information, however you will not be able to sign in to an account, and therefore unable to track your shipment or to collect gift points.


The following explains the stages of your order, from the payment to the delivery of your order.


IMPORTANT: Each time the stage of your order changes, you will be notified by email. So it is very important to verify that you have received our purchase confirmation email. If you cannot find this email, please consult  your unwanted / spam messages, as they may have been placed there. If this is the case, you will have to move the email to your inbox.
STANDARD ORDER:
This refers to all available items in stock. (Available to be sent immediately)
1- PAYMENT ACCEPTED
You have successfully made the payment for your order: An email has just been sent to you to confirm that your order been accepted. Remember that if you have not received this email in your inbox, you should search your unwanted / spam mail.
If you place your order before 15:00, it will be prepared and shipped on the same afternoon *
* Monday to Friday (except holidays).
If you place the order after 15:00, it will be sent to you the next working day *
* Monday to Friday (except holidays)
2- PREPARATION IN PROGRESS
We are preparing your order. We review, pack, and label the order ready for shipment.
3- SHIPPED
Your order has been collected by the carrier who will deliver your package within 24-48 hours maximum. For more information about the delivery, please consult: DELIVERY
An SMS (text message) is sent to you by the carrier with your tracking number.
4- DELIVERED
Congratulations, you have received your order!
In case you are not at home, we will send you a message so you can contact the carrier directly and arrange a convenient date and time for the delivery to be made.
SPECIAL ORDER / CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS
These orders refer to all ´´made to measure´´, custom-made and previously requested items that were not in stock at the time of your order.
1- PAYMENT ACCEPTED
We have sucessfully received your payment. An email has just been sent to confirm that your payment has been accepted. Remember that if you have not received this in your inbox, you should search your unwanted / spam mail.
2- MEASUREMENTS RECEIVED (Custom requirements recieved)
These special requirements will be stated on your order. We will confirm via email that we have received the measurements sheet correctly that you will have previously filled in. 
We will then forward this measurements sheet to our manufacturing workshop so they can review them beforehand.
Should you need any clarification regarding this process, please do not hesitate to contact us via email.
If the measurements are accepted, they will be sent to our design department so that they can begin making your item.
3- MANUFACTURING
This stage refers to any special orders, measurements, custom-made or prior requested items that were not in stock at the time of your order.
Our workshop has started  manufacturing your item.
4- PREPARATION IN PROGRESS
We are preparing your order. We review, pack, and label the order ready for shipment.
5- SHIPPED
